By December 2005, there were more than 2,400 BGS members in Hong Kong. Of these, 52% were inducted by the two collegiate chapters in Hong Kong (CUHK & HKUST), while 48% were by universities in the US. Many of these members are serving in corporate, government, non-profit and educational organizations such as University of Southern California, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, and Li & Fung, at every level of responsibility. Some of them occupy senior positions, including CEO, in major international companies or HK local enterprises.

On the other hand, we are also honored to have those experienced and reputable businesspersons who were inducted as honorary BGS members by the two Hong Kong collegiate chapters joining HKBGS as members as well. They also occupy senior positions in their respective field of profession including finance, retail and IT industry. This gives our membership base a very good mix and even more representative.
